Dave Roemer, Superintendent, Glacier National Park

Dave has been the superintendent of Glacier National Park since 2022. His National Park Service career spans 32 years including Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Big Thicket National Preserve, and Redwood National and State Parks. Dave has a B.A. in Environmental Communications from Antioch College in Ohio and an M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana (Go Griz!). Glacier National Park, bordered by Waterton Lakes National Park in Canada, two forks of the Flathead Wild and Scenic River, and the Blackfeet Reservation, is part of one of the largest and most intact ecosystems in North America - the Crown of the Continent. Glacier is part of the Waterton Glacier International Peace Park and is designated as an International Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site.
