Jeremy Sage

ECONOMIST & INTERIM DIRECTOR, INSTITUTE FOR TOURISM AND RECREATION RESEARCH, University of Montana

Jeremy has served as the Associate Director and Economist for the Institute for Tourism and Recreation Research at the University of Montana since 2016. For the last year and a half, he has taken on the role of Interim Director. Currently he splits his time between this effort and serving as the Director of Tourism and Visitor Research at RRC Associates; a position he will be moving into full time this summer. Jeremy co-leads, with colleagues at RRC and OTAK, the consulting group conducting socioeconomic monitoring across the National Park service, in coordination with its Social Science Program. This provides him and the team the chance to get in more than two dozen parks across the country everyyear; an exciting adventure.
